Impregnating Sealer

Impregnating Sealer is part of the Professional Tile Maintenance Range. It is an advanced, solvent

based surface protector and colour enhancer. It is ideal for providing a water repellent, stain

resistant seal to slate and porous tiles.

DIRECTIONS

Note Always test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure suitability for use. Particular care should be taken to protect the

surrounding surfaces.

Suitability Suitable for use on slate, quarry tiles, certain types of natural stone, unglazed ceramics.

Directions Supplied ready to use, no further dilution required. Surface to be treated should be clean and free from staining and

contamination. Any existing stains will be almost impossible to remove after treatment. If the floor has been cleaned

recently allow to dry for at least 3 days prior to treatment. Any underfloor heating system should be turned off 24

hours prior to treatment.

Apply a thin layer evenly across the floor with a clean lint-free cloth (for larger areas a tight pile paint roller can be

used). After 5-10 minutes remove excess product from the surface with a clean, lint-free cloth. Very porous surfaces

may require multiple treatments as necessary. Treated surface can be walked on after 6 hours and fully trafficked

after 2-3 days.

Contains White spirit, Polysiloxane

Storage Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep only in original container, locked and out of the reach of children.

Shelf Life 12 months in unopened manufacturer’s containers.
