Floor Sealer Floor Sealer is part of the Professional Tile Maintenance Range. It is a tough water-based acrylic
sealer which dries to form a clear satin gloss film. Floor Sealer may be used as a general purpose sealer for partially and unglazed tiles, slate and other natural stone tiles and for concrete.

DIRECTIONS
Note Always test an inconspicuous area first to ensure suitability for use, particularly
on polished surfaces. Standard paint application practices should be employed. Once Larsen Floor Sealer is applied it will be difficult to remove.
Suitability: Suitable for use on slate, quarry tiles, certain types of natural stone, unglazed ceramics. Directions: Supplied ready to use, no further dilution required. Surface to be treated should be clean and free from staining and
contamination. Any existing stains will be almost impossible to remove following treatment. Underfloor heating systems should be switched off 24 hours prior to application. Apply a thin layer evenly across the floor with a clean tight pile paint roller. As a general rule 2 coats should be applied. The 2nd coat should be applied after 6-8 hours but with 48 hours. Treated surface can be walked on after 6 hours and fully trafficked after 2-3 days. Floor sealer can be used to seal porous surfaces prior to the application of Larsen Floor Polish.
